Lake Chala Day Trip

A crater lake in a caldera form with beautiful sight of green-blue color water, the entirely water is formed from the underground spring from Mount Kilimanjaro. Lake Chala is surrounded by ancient rock and variety of green vegetation such as long grass and trees. Going down to the shore of the lake is a depth of 100m you will only need to have a nice shoes for hiking to avoid sleepy. Lake chala have variety of singing birds which will make you to not forget the amazing place.

Our guide we be at the hotel around 9am to 10am to pick up and drive from Moshi town to Lake which is 52Km and 1Hour drive. Upon the arrival of Lake Chala you will complete all the government entrance fee and drive inside the park. Before begin descending down you will pass by at the restaurant of lake Chala with beautiful view of the lake you may take some photos for memory here, going down the lake is real easy and you will enjoy see some birds and monkey around the tress, down the shore you may enjoying swimming or Kayaking and also see the other part of Kenya since the lake is at the border of Tanzania and Kenya, After that you will take your lunch and the guide will drive you back to the hotel.
